God’s Plan

A Beautiful Moment

I had a beautiful moment this morning
When I went for a walk
I listened to the waves
And I could hear them talk

I could feel the essence of life
Surround me all around
In the air in the light and yes even the sound

I thought about life and what does it mean?
Will it be here forever, this beautiful scene?
Will we meet with the angels in another realm?
Be born again on Earth to dwell?

Everything seems so strange.
I am glad to live relatively free from pain.
Hard work and toil yes there is some.
But it could be worse when all is said and done.

I am thankful to have what little I have gained.
So far to live mostly free from pain.
I would like to do better and accomplish more.
And be a good person whatever is in store.

I cannot know what is in God’s plan.
But in time I hope I will understand.
